I had the most amazing weekend in Henderson, Kentucky last summer, portraying John James Audubon for the 200th anniversary of his arrival there. I received a key to the city, lead a bird hike and gallery tour, and gave a performance about my time in Kentucky. It was all too wonderful. The Gleaner posted a wonderful photo and well written account, (thanks to Darrin and Victoria!).

The Kearney Hub has a great article about John James Audubon's appearance at the Museum of Nebraska Art written by Rick Brown. The Kearney Hub also wrote a nice peice about the kick-off to the Crane Festival.
